CHURCH CLERK(S)
An important office- the clerk of the church is one of the important church offices, upon the proper administration of which much of the efficient functioning of the church depends. To record keeping of church board and business meeting minutes, maintaining of church membership records and archiving other pertinent information, processing membership transfers, furnishing of required reports promptly, sending notifications to various committee members and production of church directory when needed are some of the major responsibilities in this position. The clerk, like every other church officer, is a ministering servant of God. For Mount Zion, this office is supported by a team of two headed by Mae Camato.
